Please note that we may discontinue or substitute products based on suppliers and availability.  We will do our best to update our images and inventory in a timely manner.

7 days. We have an established 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item (delivery confirmation on our end) to request a return.

 

Please inspect your order thoroughly upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can collaborate with you to resolve the issue.

 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and in a new outer shipment box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from this site and any replacement items will only be sent back to the original order address and buyer.

 

Please note that any returns that are received only in original packaging and without an additional shipping box may not be accepted.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Please note that purchases made outside our official website, on any third-party apps, must be returned to the original source according to their return policy. We're unable to accept returns for items not directly purchased from our site.

 

Personalized / Customized. Personalized and customized items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. This includes any names, dates, messages, or specific design modifications that are specific to that order.

 

Wear and Tear. Any cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes / patina, or any non-functional changes in the appearance of the stash box are considered normal wear and tear and do not qualify for refund or exchange. Those characteristics do not impede the functional use of the product.

 

Any damage determined by our in house staff to be due to intentional abuse, modification, neglect, tampering, and/or alteration beyond what could be considered normal handling and use does not qualify for exchange or refund.

 

Refunds and Exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember to give your bank or credit card company time to process and post the refund.
